We may have an idea of how we see ourselves eating throughout each week  and perhaps in preparation even stock our fridge.   This is the first step but the second step is the hardest… We have to use them before they spoil.  I’ve found a solution that is AWESOME and requires about 30 minutes of your time 1-2x a week.  All you need are several large and small Mason jars along with your fresh produce.  Having your veggies prepped  = more mindful eating!
