    We spend 2-3 hours a week getting stronger together, with indoor and outdoor workouts offered as the seasons permit. The program includes 8-10 classes a week.

    We spend 1-2 hours each week learning about and creating healthy dishes that will change the way you eat - and we'll have food and fitness challenges every week!

  • Daily Interaction

    You will receive daily messages, personal check-ins, recipes, tricks, tips, and encouragement. Our small group dynamic is a key component to our success!

Mindful Carrot Six-Week Program

You will learn how to lose weight mindfully while adopting sustainable lifestyle changes that support and maintain your weight loss. You can expect to feel a change in your cravings while gettting stronger, more energized, and better prepared to stay healthy for the long haul.
