    By enrolling in the full program, you will gain access to all fitness classes I teach at Tebbs and in my home. I offer 8-10 classes each week, providing a diverse range of opportunities to engage in movement. 


    Beyond the physical benefits of exercise, this program aims to reframe your mindset about fitness. We want to shift the focus from viewing exercise solely as a means to burn calories, to embracing it as a pathway to better health and longevity. Instead of thinking, "I eat to exercise," I promote the philosophy that we exercise to live!


    Key elements of my classes include form, neuromuscular connections, balance, and mobility. Join us to experience a transformative approach to fitness that prioritizes your overall well-being!

  • Foodie Classes

    As part of our 6-week program, we are excited to offer two in-person Foodie Classes. These engaging classes will combine hands-on learning of essential kitchen tools and tricks with enlightening discussions and food preparation activities.

    A vital aspect of these classes will be understanding the difference between meal prep and food prep, as this knowledge is crucial for adopting a healthier lifestyle. Join us to enhance your culinary skills and take significant steps toward better nutrition and well-being!

  • Daily Interaction

    You will receive daily messages, personal check-ins, recipes, tips, and encouragement throughout the program. Our small group dynamic is a crucial element of our success! You will be placed in a POD of 4-6 clients, where group interaction fosters accountability, success, fun, and collaboration.


    As part of the program, you will undergo a customized body composition analysis, providing you with specific targets tailored to help you achieve your goals. Whether you aim to lose weight, gain muscle, maintain body composition, or simply cultivate a more mindful approach to eating, I will help you build a simple yet effective foundation with daily targets specifically designed for YOU.


    Additionally, you will receive a layered approach to better health that incorporates what I believe are life-changing tools—both physical and mental—that will enhance your overall well-being.

Mindful Carrot Six-Week Program

You will learn how to lose weight mindfully while adopting sustainable lifestyle changes that support and maintain your weight loss. You can expect to feel a change in your cravings while gettting stronger, more energized, and better prepared to stay healthy for the long haul.
