Some of us fear fruit because we worry it has sugar, or it might have more calories than a sugar-free soda or a granola bar, crackers, etc. The thing is fruit is real, whole food and it is packed with essential vitamins, antioxidants, and nutrients that our body NEEDS.

Fruit wins over all the processed foods by a long shot. If we think more about feeding our body with nutrition rather than limiting calories, we will naturally eat and crave differently and weight loss will follow.   TRY IT!
